ArShi 2-Shot : Betrayal By best friend Part 2

When Arnav and Lavanaya reached his car Arnav stopped and looked at Lavanya.

"What about Khushi?" he asked looking down

"ASR she is my best friend so she will understand. Don't worry" Lavanya said and sat down in the car.

 

It was night both Lavanya and Arnav were at the party now. Lavanya was dancing with Arnav but his attention was not toward her. He was thinking about something. Lost in Khushi.

 

When Lavanaya called his name he came out of his thoughts.

"What happen ASR?" Lavanya asked getting worried

"Hmm nothing. I just need some fresh air. You enjoy the party I will be back" Arnav asked and left.

 

After coming outside he looked around only to find no one... Without knowing anything he went to his car and started driving.

 

While he was driving he thought he saw Khushi walking. Arnav stopped his car and put it in reverse. When he was conformed it was khushi. He stopped the car and got out.

 

"Khushi" Arnav yelled.

Khushi stopped and turned around.

"What is it?"

 

He could feel it khushi was mad at him..

"I am sorry" He said and took a step toward Khushi

 

"STOP.. Don't come near me. You got what you wanted. Now what do you want?" Khushi said with her eyes full of pain.

"Look I left the party just because of you. Lavanya is there waiting for you also"

Khushi looked at him and then at the car.

 

"She didn't came with you"

Arnav didn't say anything for few second. He knew he had to come up with an excuse. " Yes , she didn't. If me and Lavanya both would came to pick you up so my friends were going to mind it. So I told Lavanya to stay there"

 

"But I am not wearing anything good" Khushi said pouting her lips

Arnav smiled "Gosh you look hot in these jeans and t-shirt" making Khushi blush

"Lets go"

 

Khushi and Arnav both came to the party. Arnav saw Lavanya sitting on the bar drinking and came toward her.

"Lavanya" Arnav said softly

 

When Lavanya turned around her eyes fell on Khushi.

"Khushi?" Lavanya asked confusingly and then looked at Arnav

 

"I went outside to get you but you weren't there'"

"You know where I was" Arnav said before Lavanya could say anything

 

All three sat down at the bar and started drinking.

Arnav was talking to Khushi and seeing that Lavanya felt hurt.

 

Soon Arnav phone started ringing and he left both them alone to receive the call..

"I didn't knew you were coming" Lavnaya said putting her glass down

 

"I didn't get you Lavanya" Khushi said innocently

"What do you mean Khushi? You knew it I was coming here with ASR then why did you come. Don't you get it I wanted some time alone with him? I get it I left you alone today but you have to understand I love him" Lavanya said getting mad at Khushi

 

"You didn't wanted me to come here" Khushi asked as tears started to create in her eyes

 

"Off course no. NO friend would want to bring her best friend with her on her first date.. I don't know why I thought you were my best friend when you're running my date with ASR.. Now please leave before ASR comes" Lavanya said and rolled her eyes

 

Khushi got up angrily and left.

When Arnav came back he saw Khushi wasn't there.

"Lavanya where is Khushi" Arnav asked

"She left" Lavanya said taking a sip of her drink

 

"What do you mean she left?"

"ASR she left to go to home"

 

"Lavanya tell me the truth what happened? She can't just leave like that?" Arnav said getting mad at Lavanya

 

She turned around and looked at Arnav " I told her to leave because I wanted to spend some time with you. No guess what you should? Since you care about her so much you should leave me and go to her"

 

"What the h*ll are you saying Lavanya?"

"I am saying the truth. It's you who is declining it" Lavanya said felling hurt.

Arnav rolled his eyes and was leaving the bar when Lavanya yelled "I hate Khushi. She is not my friend but my enemy"

 

Ignoring all Lavanya talks Arnav left the place.

Arnav started running and looked here and there for Khushi while calling her name at aloud.

 

Finally when he heard a sob he stopped and follows where the crying voice was coming from.

"Khushi" Arnav said softly

 

She looked at him with her eyes all puffy due to the crying. He felt his heart broke into thousands of pieces seeing Khushi cry.

 

"You lied!!!" She yelled making him close his eyes

"Why? It wasn't enough of you what you did to me in college that you came again and made me get insulted from my bes friend.. I hate you!!! why are you doing this to me? I only had her but now she doesn't even think I am friend" Khushi said as she sat down and crying more loudly

 

Arnav walked to her and bend down in front of Khushi..

"Khushi my attention was not to hurt you. Whatever I did in college I regret it. That's why I thought I should bring you also."

 

"Bring me without Lavanya knowing it.. That was very smart of you Arnav"

 

"Yes, it was very smart of me. I just proved it to you that she doesn't deserve your friendship. Best friends don't leave each other just for a guy but your best friend did. Just because of a guy she hurtled you. You should be thanking me, that I cared about you. Instead of me, there could have been a guy who was going to be enjoying his party with Lavanya while you were going tobe  sitting. You're hurt for  for someone who wasn't even going to be thinking about you" Arnav said angrily

 

"So what? At least she wouldn't have thought I am taking her DATE away from her"

 

"It was NOT a date"

"But she thought that" khushi said putting her lips

 

"Then that was her problem" Arnav said trying explain khushi

"Just because of you'

 

"Gosh this girl never shut up" Arnav said himself bef

ore he went near her and took her lips inside his.

 

Khushi closed his eyes felling his lips on her... Both kissed each other passionately.
